Experience:

Bin Xu joined EDTEK in 1998 as a semiconductor process engineer. He has participated in the maturing of the GaSb PV cell process to production status. He has also contributed to the development of a GaAs concentrator PV cell. He was also principal investigator in the development of a substrate smoothing process for solar concentrator dishes.

Prior to entering the University of Oregon, Mr. Xu worked as an engineer for Nihu Chemical Co. in China. He was also a senior instructor at Nanjing University, China.
