THOMAS E. HORNE (Packaging, Assembly, and Plant Maintenance)

Education:

1998 Varian School of Vacuum Technology

1997 Associate Degree Electronics Engineering, Renton Technical College

1986 Machinist Certification, Lake Washington Vocational Technology Institute

Experience:

At EDTEK, Inc. since 1994, Tom is responsible for vacuum deposition coating of solar concentrator dishes for the solar PV/Thermal modular concentrator systems. He has also been responsible for photovoltaic array assembly and testing at EDTEK. Additionally, he has charge of maintaining and operating vacuum deposition and other semiconductor processing equipment.

Between 1994-1992 he worked at Precision Mould Inc. as a Tool and Die Maker.

From 1988 to 1992 he served in the U. S. Air Force as a Machinist on the flight line maintaining B52 and KC135 Planes.
